Dean Bye is the founder and International Director of Return Ministries. He and his wife Patricia, along with their 5 adult children, have participated together in family ministry to Israel and the church for over 25 years.
Dean is passionate in his calling to awaken the Christian community worldwide to the Father's heart for Israel - the land and the people. He's a bridge-builder between Christian and Jewish communities, and has been a catalyst in mobilizing others to assist in the re-gathering of the Jewish people to Israel, in accordance with the prophetic Scriptures. Dean travels extensively between Canada & Israel. His Israeli son-in-law, Chaim Malespin, directs the operations at the Aliyah Return Center.
