  • 09:05 And when the storms come, there's flash of lightening
  • 09:08 and thunder, and there's precarious rains and winds that
  • 09:12 blow, when all that happens, as it surely does happen as we make
  • 09:17 our journey from the womb to the tomb,
  • 09:19 when all that happens, the person can be "rest assured."

  • 09:35 that come in life.
  • 09:38 "Whereas those," says the Lord, "who hear these words of mine
  • 09:42 and do not do them," this is like someone that builds on a

  • 09:52 as life surely does, the good, the bad,
  • 09:56 the ugly, the difficult seasons and the rest,
  • 09:58 when all that comes upon, the person collapses because they

  • 10:26 That has something to do here with the storms that Jesus says
  • 10:29 are thrust against individuals in their homes.
  • 10:34 Consider with me that success in life,
  • 10:35 according to the Lord, is predicated upon "hearing his

  • 23:09 Sarah Liberman: Shalom haverim,
  • 23:11 one of the more fun words you're gonna hear here in Israel is the
  • 23:14 word "l'chaim."
  • 23:16 And we use it when we toast in celebration.
  • 23:19 "L'chaim," it means to life.
  • 23:21 Do you remember the movie "Fiddler on the Roof" on Friday
  • 23:24 night when he sings "To life, to life, l'chaim?"
  • 23:29 Now, every shabbat when we gather around as a family,
  • 23:32 my children and husband and I, we take our glasses,
  • 23:35 and after we bless the wine, before we drink,
  • 23:39 we toast our glasses together, and everybody scrambles around

  • 23:46 So, this week as you toast or as you gather to celebrate the

  • 24:42 It's a rerun at one level, that is that I had filmed it
